Day 2: Heavenly

Andy had to flake on Tahoe because of work Monday, so I made the (late) trek myself to South Lake and met up with Nicole. Packed a sleeping bag in case I got stuck, and while there was a fairly scary spin-out leaving me in a snowbank, I made it in one piece. Coverage at Heavenly was even better (due to the fresh snow), but overall I don’t think it’s steep enough. Some stuff still isn’t open, so I might give it another shot, but for $70….
